How GEO-SIL™ Works?
1. Stop Concrete Degradation Before It Starts:
GEO-SIL™ is a penetrating reactive treatment that binds deep within the concrete, stone, paver, and brick matrix, blocking moisture, freeze-thaw cracking, chemical stains, and wear for years.

2. Why Concrete Fails (And How GEO-SIL™ Fixes It)
Concrete and other porous construction materials absorb water, salt, dust, and debris. Over time, constant water absorption and desorption break down the internal binder, leading to spalling, cracking, and erosion. Additionally, UV (Sun) light and salt accelerate the degradation process.
-
Porous Structure: Water enters microscopic voids and expands up to 9% when freezing, causing surface pop-outs.
-
Chemical Degradation: De-icing salts, oils, and battery acid break down the cement binder.
-
Efflorescence & Staining: Migrating water pushes mineral salts to the surface, creating chalky white stains.
The GEO-SIL™ Advantage: Unlike topical coatings that can peel or wear away from weather and use, Geo-Sil penetrates deep into the pores to create a permanent, dense barrier beneath the surface. This barrier strengthens the material and makes it hydrophobic.
3. The GeoTite 4-Step Application Process
Step 1: Surface Preparation & Degreasing
We pressure-wash the surface up to 4,000 PSI to clear grease, oil, mold, existing topical debris, and surface salts. Proper pore-opening ensures maximum absorption.
Step 2: Crack Stabilization & Joint Filling
Active cracks and open expansion joints are filled with high-elongation elastomeric sealant to prevent sub-base water pooling and structural shifts.
Step 3: GEO-SIL™ Spray Application
GEO-SIL™ penetrating surface treatment is applied at low pressure until the slab reaches complete saturation, allowing the formula to migrate 2-5 mm into the surface profile.
Step 4: Curing & Final Quality Check
The chemical reaction binds with the substrate over 24 hours. The result is an invisible or low-sheen barrier that rejects liquids without altering natural traction.
