Reactive Performance

GEO-SILâ„¢ transforms naturally occurring silicates into high-performance surface treatments that chemically bond with concrete, stone, and mineral substrates. The result is a permanent crystalline matrix that increases hardness, reduces porosity, and extends material life.

  • Mineral-reactive chemistry
  • Permanent densification
  • Deep substrate penetration
  • Zero peeling, zero delamination
  • Industrial-grade durability

EASY APPLICATION

CORE BENEFITS

Long-term surface strengthening

Resist Water penetration

UV & weather durability

Breathable protection (no sealing trap)

Invisible finish

Low maintenance solution

Industrial-grade performance

Long-lasting effect, anywhere from 2–5 to 7 years, depending on the surface and usage

Designed for Multiple Surface Types

HOW GEO-SILâ„¢ WORKS

GEO-SIL – A Reaction, Not a Coating
```
A Reaction, Not a Coating
Unlike surface films, GEO-SILâ„¢ penetrates deep into the substrate and reacts with free lime and mineral phases to form insoluble crystalline structures.
Penetrate
Ultra-fine silicates move deep into pores
Crystallize
Forming a permanent mineral matrix
React
Silicate chemistry bonds with Ca(OH)â‚‚
Strengthen
Substrate becomes harder, denser, more durable
```

The GEO-SILâ„¢ Dual-Action

Mechanism

One application. Two chemically distinct protection pathways.

Section Cards
Surface Densification
Silicate integration into C-S-H matrix → micropore filling → increased surface hardness and reduced porosity
Measured Outcomes
↑ Abrasion resistance | ↓ Porosity by 15–30% | ↑ Surface hardness
Hydrophobic Pore Lining
Silicone network lines pore walls → non-wettable surface → water beads and runs off
Measured Outcomes
Contact angle >110° | ↓ Water absorption by 90% | Breathable — vapor permeable

Frequently asked questions

How can I make the GEO-SIL solution work most effectively?

The concentrate MUST be mixed with a gallon of DI/Distilled water and mixed. It should be used within 7 days of mixing.

Can I apply the concentrate directly on the substrate to get better results?

No. It will not work and might stain or ruin the substrate. The concentrate cannot be used directly on the substrate.

What if I use less than a gallon or more than a gallon of DI/DISTILLED water?

The concentrated formula is formulated for a gallon of DI/Distilled water. It has a tolerance of ±2% only. We highly recommend using a gallon of water.

What if I use well water or city water instead of DI/Distilled water?

It will work, but the product's performance might be compromised. We highly recommend using DI/Distilled water.

What if I use hard water or well water that has high amounts of salts?

The product performance might diminish greatly.

What if I use chlorinated water?

The product performance might diminish greatly.

Which substrates are ideal for GEO-SIL?

It works on most porous substrates. For example, concrete, pavers, bricks, and stones.

Can it work or be applied on painted porous substrates?

No.

Can it work on wood?

No.

What type of surface preparation do I need to do before applying DILUTED GEO-SIL?

The surface should be cleaned with pressure washing and dried fully before applying it. Please refer to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Product Application Guide for the complete details

Can it be applied to wet surfaces?

No. The surface needs to be dry.

What will be the ideal temperature window to apply GEO-SIL?

PARAMETER ------------------------------ ACCEPTABLE RANGE
Ambient Temperature ----------------------40°F–95°F (4°C–35°C)
Surface Temperature -----------------------40°F–120°F (4°C–48°C)
Relative Humidity --------------------------- 20%–90% (non-condensing)
Wind Speed (outdoor) ---------------------- < 15 mph to prevent premature surface drying
Substrate Moisture -------------------------- Damp to SSD (not wet, not puddled)

How long does it take to cure?

12-24 hours.

 What is the coverage of the Geo-Sil surface treatment solution

Approximately 150-175 sq. ft per bottle/per gallon. It may vary based on the application rate.

How long does it last?

2-5 years depending on thesurface and usage.
